🐍 This breathwork is a gentle form of bodywork that works directly with your nervous system to release physical, emotional and chemical stress layers from your body.
The healing technique works to restore the communication pathways (nerve supply) to the different systems and organs of your body and regulate your nervous system back into a parasympathetic state (rest, digest and restore mode), which is the state your body needs to be in for deep body, mind and soul healing to happen.
The technique transforms people’s wellbeing by connecting them to what already works in their body and expanding that to allow the awakening to flow from the coccyx to the cranium.
Through a circular connected breath technique, you can have a somatic experience where an undulating of the spine can open up within waves of the body, causing energy to shift through movement via shaking or tremor. This is a way of resetting the autonomic nervous system where trauma has become stuck or locked into the body.
Through conscious connected breathwork which involves rounds of alkalizing circular deep breathing into the belly to switch on the diaphragm muscle and chest with a series of breath holds ending with a meditative coherent breath. Incorporating kundalini frequencies into the sessions to infuse more vibrational energy into the body for a deeper healing experience.
